With my groundwork for the project in place, I began working on an idea that I needed for the advert and I knew that it had to meet 2 criteria’s, It had to be related to Covid or Social distancing which meant that somehow, our advertising project had to be related to current world situations. It also had to be a board game of some kind and this was the main criteria my idea had to be built around, the project overall

When I first got my criteria for the board game, I wasn’t too happy with what I was given because I wanted the Film subscription, the main reason I wanted the film subscription criteria was because I felt that was something I could apply myself to but unfortunately someone else had the film subscription criteria so I was stuck with working on a board game.


However, having had some time to absorb the criteria I began thinking about some ideas and I managed to come up with a Board game based on 2020, however I soon discovered that we weren’t allowed to promote original projects, so I decided on a Card Game that I’m familiar with and that game is called Cards against Humanity.


 

Cards against Humanity is a party game that was developed and released in 2011 which was 9 years ago, the game originated from a Kickstarter program and subsequently gained the funding it needed.

 

 

 

I decided to work on Cards Against Humanity for my project because I really enjoy the game itself and I’ve played it with members of my family on several occasions and subsequently enjoyed it.


 

So, my idea is to promote Cards Against Humanity among a group of Animated University Students who are partying and don’t have anything to do.
